END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

1. INTRODUCTION
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal contract between you ("User") and Who Am I? ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), governing your use of the Who Am I? Self Reflection mobile application ("App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.

2. LICENSE GRANT
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, the Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

3. USE OF THE APPLICATION

• The App is intended for personal, non-commercial use only.
• You must be 13 years or older to use this App. By using the App, you affirm that you meet this age requirement.
• The App provides psychology-related courses, tests, and AI-based analysis for educational and self-reflection purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

4. NO DATA COLLECTION

• Who Am I? does not collect, store, or share user data. All processing of responses and results happens locally on your device.
• You are responsible for keeping your device secure while using the App.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

• All content, materials, features, and functionality provided within the App and on the website (including courses, designs, logos, text, images, and videos) are owned by Who Am I? and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
• You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on any content provided by the App or website without express written permission.

6. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
You agree not to:

1. Use the App or website for unlawful purposes.
2. Attempt to disrupt or interfere with the functionality of the App or website.
3. Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the App or its features.

7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

• The Who Am I? App is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the content or results provided by the App.
• The App is for informational purposes only and does not provide medical or psychological advice. Use of the App is at your own risk.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Who Am I? and its creators shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App or website.

9. TERMINATION
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time for violations of this Agreement or other reasons at our sole discretion.

10. CHANGES TO THIS AGREEMENT
We reserve the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website (https://whoamiselfreflection.com) or within the App. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. GOVERNING LAW
